I have downloaded my slideshow as a .mp4 format to play offline, but my PC says that media player cannot open it.

A:
Unfortunately Windows Media Player does not support the .mp4 file format. For more detail please refer to the Microsoft's Information about the Multimedia file types that Windows Media Player supports.

In order to play the downloaded .mp4 file on your PC, please use alternative media player (such as Apple Quicktime - http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/), or install any codec pack for Windows Media Player.

A: Yes. To start the embedded slideshow automatically, please modify the embed code slightly as follows:

At the end part of the embed code, you'll find "autoplay=0".
Please change here to "autoplay=1", and paste the whole embed code.

A: The "Peach Counter" is a button for the visitors to express that
the visitor likes the slideshow. It is located only on the private
slideshow.

On the public/unlisted slideshows, there is Like button of Facebook
instead of peach counter.

A: When you modified a slideshow and would like to download the new version, you need to re-render it. Please re-render it at download menu. When you clicked "Rendering the Movie" it will be rendered and you'll got an email when it is done.

A: First, you will need a DVD-R drive, a Blank DVD-R disc, and DVD burning software (free downloads are available from third parties for PC and Mac.)

For windows users, we recommend the great free CDBurnerXP software (http://cdburnerxp.se/en/download).
Mac users can use the included Disk Utility within OSX.

Step 1. Prepare the file to download

Please click "Download" button. If it is first time for you to download the slideshow, you'll see "create movie" button. Please click on it to transform the slideshow.
When your slideshow has finished transformation into MPEG and ISO format, you'll get an email from PhotoPeach.

Step 2. Download the ISO

please click "Download ISO" button to download the ISO format which is used for DVD burning.

Step 3. Burn a DVD with DVD burning software
[For Windows users]

We recommend you "CDBurnerXP", a free DVD-burning software. You can download CDBurnerXP here. To burn the ISO with CDBurnerXP, simply run the application and click "Burn ISO image" then follow the simple instructions within the program. For more detail, please refer to the helpful tutorial at http://cdburnerxp.se/help/Data/burn-iso.

[For Mac users]

A: For background music to be uploaded, we support MP3 format music files up to 20 megabytes in size.

There are some software to convert a song to MP3. For example, a software "iTunes" allows you to convert a song to MP3.

A: When you got any comment you will get an email notification. When you log in to PhotoPeach, you will see some slideshows with a red circle.

Please click on the thumbnail and play the slideshow to view the comments you got. The comments are shown at the end of the slideshow.

Q: Can I edit my slideshow later after it has been created?

A: Yes. Simply click the orange "Edit" button above any slideshow you have created. At anytime you can:
- Edit caption, photos, music and title;
- Add photos;
- Manage comments;
- Set the privacy options; and
- Delete the slideshow.

Note: The "Edit" menu will only appear above slideshows you have created.

A: If you put a YouTube video as the background music, and if the video was later deleted on YouTube, the music can not be played because it does not exist. If that is the case, please re-select the background music from YouTube or from our music list (premium user can upload a music file from local computer as well).

A: Unfortunately, some blog services such as Livejournal or WordPress.com (hosting service), do not allow their users to insert embed code from any website (PhotoPeach included). Our understanding is that this is part of their policy which we can not do anything about.

A:
1) Visit their profile page
Above any slideshow, you will find the username of the creator. When you click on this username, you can visit the profile page to see all the public slideshows of this user. For example, username cappy's profile page is at http://photopeach.com/user/cappy.

2) Follow the creator
When you are logged in, you will see a "Follow" button above every creator's slideshow. By clicking the "Follow" button, whenever the creator publishes a new public slideshow it will appear on your home page automatically.

In any case, you can see only the public slideshows of any creator -- you will not be able to see any unlisted or invitation-required slideshows.

A: Please reset your password by clicking the "Forgot password?" under the login form, or visiting http://photopeach.com/account/forgot . You will receive an email with the reset password in less than sixty seconds. Occasionally the email may go into your spam folder automatically, so if you do not find the email after a minute please check your spam folder as well.

FYI, You can update your password later on the Settings page.

A: If you choose any music from our default music list or upload your music from your computer [premium service], the music loops for the length of the show. However, the music from YouTube can not be looped.
