Q: How do I discontinue my premium subscription?
A: Please follow these steps to cancel your premium subscription:
1) Go to http://paypal.com and log in to your PayPal account.
2) Select the More Options link under Profile in the Overview sub-menu (My Account > Overview > More Options).
3) Click on the My Money button in the left navigation column.
4) Click on the Update link in the My Preapproved Payments section.
5) Click on "Nota Inc."
6) Click Cancel to cancel the recurring subscription.
If you cancel your premium subscription, your PhotoPeach membership will automatically revert back to a free user account after the expiration of the remaining subscription period.
If you would like to delete your PhotoPeach user account and all of your slideshows completely, please click on "Settings" in the navigation bar of PhotoPeach, then click "Delete account". The link is not shown unless you are a free user so you will have to cancel with paypal first.
If you'd like to delete your PhotoPeach user account before the expiration of the subscription period, please contact us.

Unfortunately Windows Media Player does not support the .mp4 file format. For more detail please refer to the Microsoft's Information about the Multimedia file types that Windows Media Player supports.
In order to play the downloaded .mp4 file on your PC, please use alternative media player (such as Apple Quicktime - http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/), or install any codec pack for Windows Media Player.

A: When you modified a slideshow and would like to download the new version, you need to re-render it. Please re-render it at download menu. When you clicked "Rendering the Movie" it will be rendered and you'll got an email when it is done.
